Change of Pace

I was originally going to write about females in baseball, but this has come to my attention: This is all I'm saying about it: Yeah, what they did was illegal, but, I hope everyone involved in this BS gets what is coming to them. I dont give a fuck about steroids in baseball, I just want to enjoy the games! FUCK YOU, PEOPLE VIOLATING OTHER PEOPLES RIGHTS, you wanted a pissed off Fred Trigger, well now you got him! I know it might be funny to some people, but David Ortiz is the greatest clutch hitter ever, NO ONE DENIES THIS!!!!!! haha, that last part wsa contrived, but I am kinda pissed off. Goddamnit, I dont even know what to say......AJ, you were right......I hate you.

  1. AJ was right, I have to give him that. I am pretty tired of giving baseball players the benefit of the doubt. I am tired of feeling duped by them. I think I am just going to get a list together of players that I think are on PEDs so I can't be accused of being naive.

I said I did not think Ortiz was on steroids, but I said that because I am trying to give players the benefit of the doubt. I am done with that. No matter how many times he gets tested, I am not sure I am ever going to believe any of the big sluggers of the years between 1998-2003 were not on steroids.

  2. honestly......I'm not that shocked. If anyone can give me a time when baseball was really clean, it will be the first. At least the MSM found something more newsworthy than Brett Farve. I'm just gonna keep listening to "Far Beyond Driven" on a loop because it is that awesome!

  3. I am not shocked at all by anything being admitted anymore. That's sad to me.

I don't know what "Far Beyond Driven" is but it sounds inspiring.

  4. its a Pantera album and it makes me want to punch someone in the face, not that I would ever do so, but it seems appropriate in times like these. In the words of Nathan Explosion from Metalocolypse, "ITS BRUTAL!!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8GjzKzPP65o

  5. Oh ok. I don't know a whole lot of Pantera so I can see how I missed that one. I will watch that YouTube video at home...I am at work now where everything is blocked.

I stay away from pretty much everything when I am hammered. It has caused so many problems in the past.

  6. I go on vacation and I see this...hahahahahahahahahahahahah

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

So Curt, what do you have to say now about you team...or are you going to continue to play dumb and say you had no idea all those guys on your team were using?

I can't wait for his name to be linked. Maybe then he'll shut his mouth.

Well I'm still on vacation, heading home today! Talk to you guys on Monday!

  8. It was good of AJ to take time on his vacation to comment...

I do wonder if Curt Schilling had any knowledge of this. He has also been pretty outspoken about steroids.

Sadly, AJ missed the long steroid post I put up where I give him credit for being right.

    I sense sarcasm Kent.

  9. Nope. Big fan of Dimebag and Pantera. "Cowboys from Hell" and "Cemetery Gates" are great songs. And I don't follow baseball that closely, but I'm guessing another player got caught with the needle.

This is one of the few times I'm not being sarcastic, it's my default mode.

  10. Ok, you guessed right. Another player got caught with a needle. Don't know much about Pantera but I have seen the "Behind the Music" episode on them.

  11. While you guys are following the popular sports, I'm keeping an eye on hockey. And the way this off-season has gone, crying a lot.
